Hi, I’m Erin.
I’m a senior product designer with 5+ of experience designing across consumer and associate experiences. Currently @ Capital One, designing digital experiences to help customers transact physically, working across ATMs, mobile-first cash deposit tools, the Capital One app, and (previously) our agent platform. My approach to my work is collaborative and detail oriented, looking for simple, human centered solutions in complex spaces.
I received my Bachelors in Design from Carnegie Mellon University with a minor in Human Computer Interaction. In my free time I like to experiment with printmaking, ceramics, and rearranging my fishtank.
